The concept
The wing in the skyline
“Aricia” is a genus of butterfly — and the facade is shaped by the fluttering of its wings.
The form and facade lighting trace a wing-like geometry that distinguishes Aricia on the Sungai Besi skyline, while bringing softness and movement to an otherwise dense corridor.
Inside, that lightness continues: generous glazing, a calm material palette and a smart-home system that quietly runs the lighting, climate and access in every home.
Sky duplexes
Live in two storeys, in the sky
Types D1 and D2 are rare three-bedroom duplexes — among the first along Jalan Sungai Besi.
A double-volume living space with a soaring ceiling gives the duplexes a sense of scale unusual at this price point, framed by the butterfly facade and fitted with a Signature kitchen.
